Ingredients :

18 lasagna sheets
500 g frozen spinach
500g Ricotta
75 cl Tomato sauce
100g Grana padano
4 tbsp. heavy cream
12 cl Milk
1 sprig of rosemary
3 garlic cloves
Salt
Pepper

Step 1: Plunge the lasagne sheets into salted boiling water and cook them according to the instructions on the package.

Drain them and place them on a damp tea towel.

Step 2: Defrost the spinach in the microwave and squeeze it between your hands to extract the excess water. Roughly chop them.

Mix them with the ricotta, 50 g of grana padano, cream, pressed garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put some stuffing on the lasagna sheets and roll them up.

Pour the milk into a gratin dish, arrange the cannelloni in it, sprinkle with the rosemary leaves and top with the tomato sauce.

Step 4: Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and brown for 30 minutes in the oven.
