This is the chocolate version of my biscotti recipe, showcasing the perfect combination of dark chocolate, tangy cranberries, and refreshing orange zest. 1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
4 tablespoons (30g) cocoa powder
1-2 tablespoons orange zest (an orange yields about 1-2 tbsp of zest)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons salted butter (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup (70g) dried cranberries
1/2 cup (70g) dark chocolate chips (I use 70% dark chocolate)

1/2 cup (70g) dark chocolate chips Mix lightly until combined Knead until the dough forms a smooth ball Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each piece into a log Shape them about 3/4 inch (2cm) thick and place on the baking tray lined with parchment paper

Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 20 minutes Let them cool for 5 minutes Cut them into 1/2 to 2/3 inch (1.5 to 2 cm) thick pieces Place them back on baking tray Bake for another 10 minutes Let them cool They’ve got this incredible taste and aroma Enjoy!
