  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red-pepper relish
  • ½ cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 8 8-inch whole-wheat tortillas

Preparation

  1. Place the turkey in a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the fresh peppers, and saute, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, hot sauce, honey, relish and cilantro, and cook an additional 10 to 20 minutes. Serve wrapped in tortillas.
