Let’s Go hello and welcome to soul food cooking today I’ll be making oven roasted potatoes preheat your oven to 400° you will need six rusted potatoes 6 tablespoons of melted butter 2 tbsp of olive oil 3 cloves of garlic 2 TP of paprika 2 TP of onion powder 2

Taspo of garlic powder 1 taspo of thyme 1 tpoon of parsley flakes 1 taspo of black pepper and 2 teaspoon of salt add 1 teaspoon of salt to a large pot of water then bring to a boil now add the potatoes then allow them to cook for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes turn off your heat then remove your potatoes from the water place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and allow them to sit for 5 minutes to dry in a small bowl add your melted butter now add the garlic paprika and parsley flakes

Now add the onion powder and garlic powder add your remaining 1 teaspoon of salt black pepper and Thyme then whisk until well combined place your potatoes on a baking sheet lined with foil then drizzle with the olive oil now add your seasoning mixture then mix until each piece is well
