Olive Tapenade

For all us love lovers you have to make this!

Ingredients:
– 500 grams pitted kalamata olives, drained and rinsed
– 3 tablespoons capers
– 2 anchovies (optional)
– 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
– 1-2 tablespoons fresh thyme
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 lemon juice
– 3 tablespoons olive oil

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for the week ahead. Perfect as a dip, lathered on sandwiches and sourdough with eggs.

If you’re like me and you love olives then you are going to want to make some olive tapenade tapenade it’s like an olive paste um you can buy it from delicate Essence and it’s a little bit expensive and it’s about that small the jar so we’re going to make our own food

Processor we’re going to put 500 G of calam mat olives drained and rinsed and then we’re going to add in some Capers and chovies two little hairy creatures if you don’t like anchovies leave it out I promise you won’t really taste it in there parsley fresh th and some garlic cloves lemon

Juice and olive oil the end result
