Ingredients

1 lb shrimp
salt
pepper
tajin
red pepper flakes
butter
1 shallot
3 cloves of garlic
parsley
parmesan cheese
olive oil
linguine pasta

Directions

Toss shrimp in salt, pepper, tajin, and red pepper flakes then add to a hot skillet. Saute on medium heat (2-3 min on each side) then remove from pan. Add in shallots, garlic, cherry tomatoes, parsley, and butter. After a couple minutes, add in white wine, stir, then add the shrimp back in, along with a little more butter. Add in your pasta that has been cooked to al dente, parmesan cheese, and some pasta water. Stir until creamy and serve right away. Top with additional parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy 🙂
