Beautiful video! I'm a new subscriber to your channel, and I adore your work. I'm always so sad that I discovered your recipes only after I was diagnosed with celiac disease a few months ago. I'm guessing there's a very small market for this, but if you ever made gluten-free cottagecore recipes/GF modifications to your existing recipes, I would be all over that. For now, at least I can wistfully watch as you make stunning baked goods.
