Roll snacks. Everyone loves chips and guac. But today we’re gonna take things up a notch because that’s what Koki’s does and we have some great ideas for you. And if you want to taste any of this stuff, go into any Koski today because it’s a Super bowl Saturday

And they’re actually doing a bunch of stuff. Right. Yeah, a lot of fun stuff. A lot of fun ideas for you. Some of the stuff, lots of other stuff. Your parents here. You got this shirt at Kalski. How cute is that? Wardrobes from? Love your hair? Oh,

I went back to the classic R Yeah, I got it. It looks great. Ok, let’s talk dips. So we’re gonna do both a baked cheese dip and then a cool like chip and veggie type dip. And this was the,

This is the baked Reuben dip just freshly out of the oven. Nice and hot. Um, that looks pretty nice. But what I love about these two is a lot of people don’t like mayo based dips and neither one of these have mayo in them.

They’re a cream cheese or sour cream based dip and this Reuben dip starts with two containers of whipped cream cheese. This is the Koski original Whipped and I use this one because it’s fluffier and it’s a little easier to incorporate whip cream cheese, the whipped cream cheese.

And then I’m gonna have you dump in some deli corned beef. That’s about seven ounces chopped up. Nice and small, so small. That was my uh, yes. And then Swiss cheese. I like it a little bit less aged because it’s gonna melt better.

And then I’ve got our Fresh 1000 island dressing in there that’s going to kind of give a nice sweet note and kind of hold it all together. And then the fun ingredient in here is sauerkraut. Obviously, you can’t have a Reuben without sauerkraut.

So we’re gonna pull out a little bit of this, about half of a jar of this. This is the course is organic. I’m using the Jalapeno one here because I kind of thought that might be kind of fun. They have jalapeno sour

Cream. We have a turmeric sauerkraut and jalapeno did you know that you gotta come over here and try a taste of it. So you wrap this up and then you put it in about 30 minutes, 350 until it’s golden on top and it’s going to be just, you

Know, the Jalapeno sauerkraut. Give that one a try it. No, I just, you know, you could drink it. OK? This one done. But then this one, so Zingy pickle dip. So this one again. No mayo. It’s got a base of whipped cream cheese and then a little bit of sour cream,

Sour cream cheese. A little bit of both and I’m gonna add in some chopped pickles. These are farmhouse pickles and I like these because they have these cris I love these two. These pickles have these big pieces of jalapeno in them

Like an onion. So if you want to, you can even chop up a big piece of garlic in there. Everything in there. A little bit of fresh still. It’s gonna give it a nice color. A little freshness, a little bit of dried dill too so that we

Don’t have too much green in there and then some granulate garlic and some wish to share, which is gonna give it a nice like textural flavor. A little bit of sharpness. Your tummy is grumbling. I, I put my hand up on the chip. When I dip you dip, we dip

Nice. Your tummy is grumbling. Chris you need to have breakfast. I guess. I’m not kidding. This is like, it’s like my last meal category. I know. Ok, this is so good. And these, of course fresh chips that you have fresh does bring here.

Obviously, we’ve got you covered on dips. I mean we’ve got all kinds of bak dips. We’ve got Jalapeno popper, dip, Buffalo chicken dip, Pimento. You name it our pickles. If you don’t want to use the farmhouse pickles if you don’t like a lot,

A lot of spice or garlic crinkle cut dills or even bread and butter pickles. I like the way you kind of place that out too because this is a fun idea. How easy is that on the little tray, everything on there and, and again, that dip is really good with both chips.

Crackers or veggies are ready to go right in the oven, right into the oven. I bought this before. This is really good. You can’t lose, you can’t we? You know what, you know what you’re getting, it’s the best.

And if you don’t like it, you know, you don’t like it but who doesn’t like it? I did not know there’s turmeric. So the flavored sauerkraut are great. We also have a ginger one that you would like that’s made with beets. It’s kind of fun. It really, really good to have sauerkraut. It’s,

You tell us she gotta have sauerkraut. Minted foods are good for you. Good. The Ruben dip cho would say I do serve that one with some sort of like a rye cracker or rye bread just to kind of give it that more ruby. You kind of play with the sand.

I think I’m rooting for Kansas City. You mean Taylor Swift? Yes. OK. The gravity and pull of that woman in football is fantastic. She’s as we speak because the Today show this morning reported that her concert ended at the end of that show and she’s on her way.
