Ingredients:
1 can canned green lentils
1 fresh cucumber
1 red bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion, scalded with boiling water
1/2 bunch of curly parsley and dill
8 mint leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt, pepper, sesame.
