It’s really nice, but damn I feel like this subs biggest hinderance is lack of basic photography knowledge. It’s lifted, the depth of field looks fake, could used a touch of saturation. It’s okay tho a lovely dish

Really no need for microgreens on the apple “slivers”. I’d prefer a single larger slice of apple. Aside from that the lighting doesn’t do the dish justice I believe. Good work

I’m really sorry but if I was served this I’d be so disappointed.
I can see that a lot of technical skill went into it but it’s just a bunch of brown mush with some green and one hard white bit. It looks like thee nappies my baby would make when she was constipated from transitioning to solids.
The portions are really small, emphasised by the large plate and the flavours sound so so.
It doesn’t look elegant; it looks stingy.
I would consider getting a smaller plate and adding some more colours and textures. I know you’re working with beurre noisette, which is gonna be brown and a bit slimy no matter what, but you could consider adding some apple slices for some colour at least.
