I made some Mexican inspired Green Quinoa!
100% Alkaline.
Ingredients and instructions:
Blend
1 large green bell pepper (skin only)
-1-2 cups or bunches of fresh cilantro
-5-10 Fresh basil leaves
3 cup of water adjusted it in the background due to
the size of my blender cup)

Rinse and drain:
-2 cups of quinoa

To a pot, add:
Avocado oil (adjust as needed)
Once your oil is hot, add your rinsed and drained
quinoa and toast until it starts to brown.

Add the following:
3 cups of your blended pepper and herbs
-Sea salt (adjust to taste)
Granulated onions (2 tablespoons)
Ground fennel seeds (2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon each of: dried thyme, oregano, and
winter savory

Bring to a boil, then set it to simmer for 30 mins. Fluff
and serve. Add some coconut aminos and adjust to
taste Garnish with some cracked pepper flakes and
some fresh cilantro. Enjoy.
