Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa Recipe:

Ingredients: 

Mango salsa:
* Mango
* Roma tomatoes
* Cilantro 
* Jalapeños
* Shallots 
* Lime
* Salt & pepper

Fish:
* Halibut from @skipperotto
* Cajun seasoning
* Salt & pepper

Sauce:
* Greek yogurt
* Lime
* Cilantro
* Salt & pepper

Corn tortillas

Instructions:
* Chop and mix all the salsa ingredients, squeeze in lime and add salt & pepper to taste
* Scoop Greek yogurt into bowl, add chopped cilantro, lime and salt & pepper to taste, whisk to combine 
* Heat corn tortillas in pan until golden brown
* Rub halibut with cajun seasoning, salt & pepper, pan sear until cooked through
* Spread yogurt sauce on tortilla
* Add halibut 
* Add mango salsa on top
* Squeeze lime to taste
