Hand mixure you can use it we do have one I just don’t want to do it so I’m going to whisk it you’re going to do this Forever might have to sub Brin in cuz he’s got better whisk strength than I do tap out and come whisk for me baby whisk me away I didn’t realize that I was going to have to be on camera you’re a better stronger whisker than me I have whiskers that’s why your

Condensed milk I would always lick the spoon used to take it out or the spatula and the lid because I don’t know why it was really always good to me did you ever do that no I hate sweet and condensed milk what by itself it’s

Half a cup so that’s a lot of juice so again that’s why I just buy the pre Juiced and this is 16 oz you need a/2 cup so you can use it what four times is that the right math there and just make this over and over

Again also every time anybody has ever had this they have told me that it is delicious and they love it even if they don’t think they like key lime juice and they’re impressed by it so if you want an easy recipe that people are going to be impressed by this is

It did you all have to take home in school did you have to yes was a requirement so like one thing I remember the teacher hammering into US was like get at the eye level so you don’t overpour I don’t know it’s a terrible waste of time that was no one ever died

From putting an extra I don’t know milliliter of I don’t know what to tell you so you are supposed to mix it until it’s Blended I am going slowly because um one of my biggest flaws is picking out bowls that are too small and I have done it

Again we just literally got a four pack of brand new mixing bowls for Christmas from my parents for big nice Crystal beautiful beautiful clear ones that would have been amazing for this and yet you decided to use the do you want to switch cereal bowl cereal bow these are

Mixing bowls they’re just not fancy ones it’s just making me take my time to mix it make it a labor of love maybe that’s why grandmas always say it’s made with love is because they get out too small of bowls and so they have to go really

Luckily the friend that I got the recipe from was like just buy this game changer would it be funny if you never actually tested it you just guessed a completely random number if you don’t use the bottle of key lime juice it takes 77 key lies Juiced so it is not

Economical U yeah that’s why again I just buy that bottle I think it’s like five bucks and you can make four pies out of it in this tastes delicious it is delicious you just pour it in your iced tea or your M fajitas or whatever you

Need to do to you did use it for Mexican food not that long ago okay so it is well Blended you don’t want to over mix it because baking I don’t know science again I’m not the one to know the things I’m pretty sure that’s accurate so you

Want it to kind of be gloopy like that that’s the term and you get your pie crust you just put that bad boy just get a pre-made pie crust right in there make your own if you want to but that’s a waste of time also and probably money

How much does it cost to make your own pie crust probably more than $73 73 doll economy is something it sure is and I was a goob and I forgot to uh that I would need this again because if you have watched Brent and I cook at all so

Far that you know we use spatulas for everything cuz you want every last bit of that goodness out of that bowl even if I used a silly Bowl you still want every little strap of it the other thing about your version of Key Lime p as the

People can see is that it’s not a weird bright green like some that you would get at restaurants and stuff who put a bunch of food coloring and stuff in it yeah it’s not supposed to be that bright green color because so when if you do

Decide to use um fresh key lime juice don’t be panicking when it’s not that bright green color because it’s not going to be I don’t know if you could see it I probably should have held it up and been like look at this when I was

Pouring the juice um it’s not green I’m just kind of smoothing this out so that it looks nice as much as I want to lick this spatula I’m not going to cuz eggs Wonder if there’s any in there CU eggs yeah oh there is enough in there okay

I’ll let you see this so that you can see oven’s ready that it is not bright green it kind of looks like dirty Lake water M delicious you see it I don’t know if you can see it on camera you kind of see the dirty Lake that’s all

Tried okay I got a little Schmutz right here so we’re going to unsh smutz that 12 minutes is how long you put this bad boy in there for don’t burn your Fingers and now we wait it has been 14 minutes I think I don’t know me Hest forgot to set a timer it’s long enough I checked it so when you go into the oven to get it out you know it can go anywhere from 12 to 14 minutes you want it to

Be not super jiggly when you give it a little jiggle jiggle jiggle um if it’s moving around a whole lot then it’s undercooked however you don’t want the crust to get burnt cuz then you just have burnt pie and you know you don’t want it to be a custard pie you want to

Be a key lime pie so this is the desired consistency um the crust is slightly Brown so it’s kind of perfect and it smells delightful we are not going to be tasting it tonight I made this for my secretary who is retiring it is her

Favorite I made it for a bunch of time so tomorrow why do I keep touching that it’s hot hot curiosity killed the cat that’s why my friends call me whiskers um and anyways we’ll try it tomorrow night when I get home but in the meantime started cooking we were at 997
