Ingredients:
– flour 250 g,
– hot water 150 ml,
– dry yeast 10 g,
– 1 tsp of sugar,
– 1 tsp of salt,
– 1 tbsp of olive oil (+ for the dish + for the dough)

_ 100 g of mushrooms,
– 1 big onion,
– 1 tbsp of olive oil,
– 1 tsp of salt,
– 1/2 tsp of pepper

Raising time: 3 x 30 minutes, 1 x 45 mins in the baking dish
Preheated oven 200 degrees, 30 minutes

– 1 лажиче шеќер,
– 1 лажичка сол,
– 1 лажица маслиново масло (+ за садот + за тестото)

_ 100 гр печурки,
– 1 голем кромид,
– 1 лажица маслиново масло,
– 1 лажичка сол,
– 1/2 лажичка пиперка

Време на подигање: 3 x 30 минути, 1 x 45 минути во садот за печење
Загреана рерна на 200 степени, 30 минути
