  2. What I like to do is get a non stick pan. Add just the amount of oil that will cover the bottom of the inside of the pan. Let the oil get hot then change the temp to low, then crack my eggs and cover it with a lid. The egg will cook slowly and you can flip through egg if you want too. The egg will never get golden on the edges.

  4. The best hack is the mercury ball test on stainless steel pans. I tried Jenny’s way but it was not successful like the mercury ball test. Let your stainless steel pan heat up on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle water on the pan and if the water turns into little balls and dance around the pan, it’s ready. If it quickly evaporates, it’s not! Once the mercury ball test is successful, throw your oil in and let it heat up. It will not stick!
