
Made a bowl of steamed vegetables 🥗 don’t know much about calories but just following someone who made impressive progress with this diet.
List
Steamed : broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, peas, coconut
Boiled: lentils, beans, beetroot
Raw: peanuts walnuts and almonds
A scoop of plant based butter and some cottage cheese .
I was advised to eat 2 bowls of this thing daily with 1 gallon of water per day
.
Any suggestions…. Main purpose is weight loss anything might help absolutely new to this my main diet used to revolve around binge eating any snack and drinking every other day.
