Ingredients
1).100ml water
2).150g of flour
3).1 or 2 eggs (depending on your preference)
4).1-2 slices of ham
5).Parsley leaves
6).Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite type)
7).Salt and chili flakes to taste
8).cooking oil for frying

How to make

Prepare the Dough:
1).In a mixing bowl, combine the Water,Salt and flour
2).Gradually knead the mixture until it forms a soft, elastic dough
3).Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 5-10 minutes.

Make flat breads:
1).Divide the rested dough into small portions and roll them into balls.
2).Roll each ball into a thin, round flat bread using a rolling pin and some extra flour for dusting.

Prepare the flat bread with filling:
1).Slice the onions,Ham slices and parsley
2).Heat a griddle or a non-stick pan over medium heat
3).Slice the onions,Ham slices and parsley
4).Crack an egg onto the pan
5).Add egg wash to the rotis
6).Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese on the roti
7).Add Sliced the onions,Ham slices and parsley into the roti
8).Fold the flat bread over the filling, creating sandwich
9).Heat a griddle or a non-stick pan over medium heat
10).Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the roti is golden brown.

Serve:
1).Remove from the pan, let it cool for a moment, and then cut into halves or quarters
2).Serve your delicious Cheese flat bread with Ham and Egg immediately
3).Enjoy your homemade flat bread filled with cheesy goodness, ham, and eggs
