3 cups Fresh Basil (Tightly packed)
ยผ Cup Slivered Almonds (Toasted)
ยผ Cup Pine Nuts (Toasted)
3 to 5 Cloves of Garlic
ยฝ Cup Vegan Parmesan
Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
Zest & Juice of 1 Orange
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
ยฝ Cup Olive Oil
ยฝ TSP Salt
ยฝ TSP Pepper

๐Ÿ‹ Zest and juice the lemon and orange.
๐Ÿฅ„ Toast almonds and pine nuts.
๐Ÿ”„ Place nuts and garlic in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
โž• Add all other ingredients except olive oil; pulse until well incorporated.
๐Ÿ” Scrape down the sides of the bowl; blend again.

Think but this is if we still ate Seafood which we don’t this would I would imagine this would be spectacular with seafood because this has not only the zest of a lemon and an orange but it also has the juice of a lemon and an orange so just super citrusy super pop

It’s going to be super tasty we’re going to start out and we’re going to toast up our nuts I still love saying that we’re going to toast up our nuts we’re going to grate our cheese we’re using a again today the viol life uh Parmesan for our

Cheese and we’re going to get it all mixed in and get this all made so we’re going to start out with our toasted nuts and because we love garlic around here recipe calls for three to four cloves of garlic add more if you like it we’re just going to pulse

Seafood we are going to be putting this on a pizza with some salmon oyster mushrooms that we got at our farmers market that are this beautiful rosecolor pink cannot wait to use this first though we’re going to try this on some toasted bread and see how uh scrumptious it is okay let’s give

This a taste it looks so good the um the Citrus is still super strong it smells super citrusy And this is really good the the orange and the lemon are just like a party in your mouth so different than a traditional pesto but yeah it’s just that Citrus and the lemon are Bonkers this would be great we’re going to put it on a pizza
