1 cup almond flour (120 grams). 2 tbsp sweetener (30 grams). 1 tsp baking powder (4 grams). Pinch of salt. 1 cup of walnuts (90 grams). Mix dry ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of melted butter (50 grams). 1 egg. Mix well. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).

Prepare the baking tray with the parchment paper. Put the dough on the tray. Form the rectangle. Bake 20 minutes with the convection mode. Slice biscottis. Bake 10 more minutes. You might also like.

    its mention 2 tbsp .
    I use stevia powder
    will it get too strong in after effect & Sweetness.

  2. So this is cantuccini but you prefer walnuts I guess? To me this looks like if you put almonds and bake them twice (one more time after cut) you will get perfect cantuccini
