We Add 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste. Enough Salt 1 Dessert Spoon. Dried Mint , 1 Teaspoon of Chili Pepper, Half a Teaspoon of Black Pepper, A Little Oil, We Add 1.5 Cups of Washed and Drained Stuffed Rice and 1 Tea Cup of Bulgur

For Rice. For the Sauce; We dilute the remaining half glass of tomato puree with some hot water. After adding the sauce, we add enough water to reach half of the pot. We close the pot’s lid and cook it on medium heat for 1 hour until the water decreases.

We continue to bake our stuffed stuffed vegetables in the pot until they are golden brown. Bon Appetit
