Wow so creamy if you’re a peanut butter fan you’re going to love this there is not much that beats a really creamy delicious peanut butter smoothie and when done the right way a peanut butter smoothie can actually be really high in protein and help to support a weight

Loss and wellness goal while also making you feel really satisfied so today I’m going to be sharing my vanilla peanut butter protein smoothie that I am obsessed with and that you can use throughout your weight loss and wellness Journey as well my name is Autumn I’m a certified clinical nutritionist with my

Master’s nutrition Human Performance this Smoothie has over 30 gram of complete prot protein it also has high quality sources of fat and fiber to turn on satiety hormones and help prevent sugar cravings and hunger which is so important for achieving a weight loss goal because when we’re hungry we’re so

Much more likely to crave sugar or starchy foods and therefore more likely to eat it and this is actually a complete meal you can have all the nutrients you need with one meal and you can have this for breakfast or lunch let’s dive into the recipe okay so first

Off we’re going to be starting with a base of almond milk now you can also use coconut milk or hemp seed milk or cashew milk any of the nut or seed milks I just would not recommend oat milk because oat milk is very high glycemic load okay so

I’m going to use about like 8 to 10 oish really just depends on how thin or thick you like your smoothie that looks about right and a little hack is you can actually get unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk or coconut milk which is nice because it adds an extra boost of vanilla flavor

Without having any sugar okay next up we’re going to be adding the protein sources I had to grab the other container because I’m actually almost out of this one I like using a combination of protein powder and Greek yogurt or in this case skier which is pretty similar to Greek yogurt but a

Little bit higher in protein for my protein sources using fermented dairy products for protein also helps to provide some vitamin K2 and of course calcium vitamin K2 is really important for heart health and bone health so I’m going to use about a cup of this and add

That into my smoothie as well I’m going to bring you guys over here now you can see what’s happening then you can see my dog right there because she knows that sound whenever I’m scraping the inside of the yogurt that she gets the rest of this so I’m

Going to give this to her soie there you go and just a little bit more to make sure I’m getting about a cup okay so now I’m going to add two scoops of my zero sugar vanilla protein powder you could also use chocolate if you like more of a chocolaty Vibe with

Peanut butter but I would also give vanilla with peanut butter a chance because it just helps to add to that like creamy deliciousness my zero sugar protein powder is made with 100% whey protein isolate I specifically did this because other forms of whey are a lot higher in lactose which tends to cause

Some GI upset for a lot of people and I’m personally a bit lactose intolerant so I wanted to use a 100% whey protein isolate to make sure to help with that it also is naturally sweetened with just 100% monk fruit extract which is naturally zero sugar zero arrol and zero

Sugar alcohols and it smells so good and it Blends so welded recipes so I’m going to add two scoops of it one and two and that’ll give an extra 20 G of complete protein so in total this will have like over 30 G of complete protein which if

You guys want to check out my zero sugar protein powder I’ll have it linked down description below but you can also find it at autum L nutrition. shop okay next up for some plant-based source of Omega-3 as well as for some Fiber I’m going to add in a tablespoon of Chia

Seeds and then we get into the star which is peanut butter I’m going to do 2 tablespoons of peanut butter if you’re a peanut butter lover you were like absolutely going to love this now normally I would use a half of a frozen banana but I did not have a chance to

Freeze these so I’m just going to be using a half of a fresh banana this helps to obviously add a little bit of sweetness and helps to make it creamy but if you are really carb sensitive then you can always leave this out or add an extra cauliflower rice which is the next

Ingredient you literally won’t even taste the Frozen cauliflower rice it’s kind of similar to adding in in ice but it helps to provide additional ingredients like vitamin C as well as a bit of fiber and depending on the thickness you can add more or less I’m

Going to do about 1/4 cup but you can use a lot more if you want to okay so we have all the ingredients I’m actually going to bring you into my garage where my blender base is long story let’s go blend this up by Sophie [Applause]

A while ago we converted our garage into an area where my parents could stay whenever they visit because they visit a lot thankfully because they’re very helpful with my daughter’s Sage so let’s just pour this up wow that actually perfectly fit into this glass wow okay taste test

Oh my gosh so peanut buttery so creamy it’s salivating if you’re a peanut butter fan you’re going to love this which make sure you check out my zero sugar protein powder if you want to make this recipe I will have it linked down description below it’s so good and mixes so well

Into these recipes but if you want to check out some of my other high protein really simple and delicious smoothie recipes you can check out this video next also if you’re new to my channel and you love this science back information make sure you subscribe right here you want new videos every

  1. Good morning I just want to say that I LOVE your smoothies thank you so much !!! You have saved my gut problems! Keep coming up with new I enjoy them!!!

  2. I found out about your channel when I was searching for smoothie recipe.
    Thank you for everything!
I love your coconut butter vanilla smoothie top with cacao nips and roasted coconut flakes! Yummy!

  3. Thanks, Autumn! Can you clarify something with these smoothie recipes? If going for a low carb diet (not necessarily keto) is it best-practice to use nonfat or full fat Greek yogurt? If full fat, why? Thanks again for the evidence based content, helps a lot! 🔥🧠❤️🤟🏼

  4. Multiple natural flavors in your protein isolate and guar gum, these are easily avoidable but at owners cost. Why tote all natural all the time when in fact natural flavors are not natural? Guar gum eh not the best for digestion and certainly not the best but it acts as a thickener. Could you touch on this some more?

  5. I'm glad you didn't leave us hanging because I was going to be wondering why the blender base is in the garage😂🤣

  6. Saw this when I finished up my workout this morning and made it. SO GOOD! I added a handful of spinach…because I always do and a tbs. of cacao nibs. I (for some strange reason) love the crunch they add to a smoothie. I also made your shepherds pie last night…VERY satisfying! Thank you for all your hard work!

  7. Trying this after my workout!! Looks amazing! Might even add some spinach because I love sneaking salad into my smoothies ;).

  8. I love this but I’ve used PB2..your thoughts on this?
Also like frozen strawberries instead and 1/2 TBSP cacoa powder, huge handful of baby spinach.

  9. Yum this looks so good! Going to make it right now for breakfast. I love all of your smoothie recipes. I REALLY want to try your protein powder, but I live in Canada and can’t get it shipped here 😢
*Update – just made this and added a tsp of cacao powder. Delish!!!

  10. Would you use whole milk? It’s seems like a less processed option than most affordable alternative milks!

  11. Dear Autumn, the trick to either Siggi's (I've never tasted it, it's not available where I live) or Greek yoghurt and peanut butter is to ALWAYS lick the spoon afterwards :).

  12. Looks amazing. Question for all – anyone eating/using Lifeway Farmer’s cheese? Protein count is a little lower – 13 grams but sodium is less than cottage cheese and it’s already spreadable.

  13. Definitely gonna add this to the smoothie menu. Yum!
I’m mentally comparing the interior of my garage with yours. Haha
Where is all your ‘garage stuff’ ?
Mine could never be converted like yours. Besides the automatic garage door, there’s my lawnmower, tools, painting stuff, bicycles and the creepy crawlers that hang out in there. 😂
    Yours looks amazing!

  14. Good morning I love this smoothie but worry about the high fat content if I am trying to lose fat? Any suggestions ? Should I change it to non fat yogurt ?

  15. Take a video about this , The world is now ruled by one community of people, the world Satanic elite, you can also call them the committee to meet the Antichrist and prevent the 2nd coming of Jesus, Trump called them the deep state, at the moment it consists of about 10,000 people, the main ones there are Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Windsors, Baruchs, they, their ancestors, descendants and other people who enter there have the mark of Lucifer, which, if they bring the antichrist and do not allow the 2nd coming, they will receive eternal life after the x hour, and the rest of humanity, for all the time that they have lived, they won't get anything, so all people should know about the existence of a world government (Jesus who was a The Prophet of God, not God.God will send Jesus as a reward to humanity, if humanity deserves it, for this it is necessary to fight Lucifer and his elite)
