    It LOOKS pretty, but sooooo busy. Daniel Humme suggests finding 3-4 flavors and working hard to make them sing, instead of trying to balance 7.

    I think I’d lose about 3 of these garnishes, but there’s definitely potential here. I’d just work on focusing the flavors a little

    Still very lost in both the flavors and visual. I’d ditch the low effort chives all together and any other day. I look forward to seeing this dish evolve though.
