For this 2 ingredient recipe (well rather 3 ingredients) you will need 125 grams of self-rising flour, i.e. flour which already contains baking powder and salt, add 150 grams of Greek yogurt and mix slowly to give the flour time to soak up the Greek yogurt

But above all don’t overwork this bread dough otherwise you will not obtain the expected result so today I offer you a recipe for focaccia that is very quick to make . the recipe for laziness but know that I have already published a focaccia recipe video on the channel

But that it takes a little more time prepare olive oil then grease muffin molds with this olive oil olive then place the equivalent of a tablespoon of focaccia dough directly in each muffin mold and with your oiled fingers press on top to make small dimples

Then finally add a few sprigs of rosemary on top , know that the small dimples are used to reduce the air in the dough to prevent it from rising too quickly. You can also make a plain focaccia and therefore without rosemary in order to have a two-ingredient recipe

Then cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 20- 25 minutes the focaccia bread no longer presents itself, but it is an Italian bread which is very light and extremely soft which can be flavored or garnished in different ways

So here the goal is quite simply to offer a quick option, a quick recipe which helps out really well and then this fusion between rosemary, olive oil and yeast dough is delicious even for this quick recipe I take a bite to show you the inside of this bread
