  1. I'd usually put it on the highest heat setting making the oil smoke before putting the egg on pan. then turn off heat, use spoon to pour the oil to the white then transfer on the plate.
    I love a crusty bottom and sides while yolk is runny😚👌🏼

  2. Seems kinda pointless when you're eating noodles. Just add a freshly cracked egg to the noodles when they're cooking and it'll be done in like 3 minutes.
