Hit up all the same Usual Suspects we did Sam’s drive up we did Walmart drive up we ran into Aldi and then I don’t even think you can really constitute it as a Target hul we got like three things from Target so that barely counts couple things got shipped here all the same

Normal things to keep us Trucking Along on our health Journey feed the crew keep us thriving you guys know all of the things but I do have some yummy stuff on the meal plan this week that I am really excited for but if you guys can hear the

Week as well as the yummy meals in the dinner rotation this week just keep watching Sam is up first we spent $124 at Sam’s which you’re probably saying like on what cuz there’s barely anything here but I do have a few things being shipped and I will show you when they

Get here but we went back in with the Three Bridges egg bites because I absolutely love them they weren’t on an instant savings this week but I didn’t meal prep over the weekend and so this is a quick easy go-to 17 g of protein and they come together in a couple

Minutes and they’re delicious so you guys know absolutely love these and of course we doubled up on our blueberries and my success rate of getting things out of the vehicle or picking them up in the parking lot and getting them in the house unscathed has really been at an

All-time low the last couple weeks if you guys caught the last grocery haul at the grocery pickup I opened the door everything fell out I stomped on the blueberries today when I was getting them out in the driveway I dropped the box and everything smashed on top of it

But is not smashed like it was last week they still look pretty good so I think we’re safe there but we got two of the blueberries two of the apples both of those are repeat purchases every week because we fly through blueberries and apples around here got a big bag of sweet potato

Stocked up on the 204 count Ultra paper plates cuz we just ran out yesterday and then of course green grapes most of all these are our weekly repeat purchases and then like I said I’ll show you the other few items that are shipping one of them is new and I am really excited

About it and then on to Walmart we spent 55 bucks at Walmart they were out of a few things but I think I’ll be able to score those at Target so you will see those in a minute Lunchables for the little guy some extra CAF cake cups for

The hubby strawberry applesauce for the little guy which as you can see busted whenever everything fell out of the car but none of them actually busted open they just came out of the pack so they survived they finally restocked the Greek cream cheese and I went ahead and

Just stocked up I got four of them just because I know I’ll use it they’re good through till like July and I know that I will use them up but you guys know for weeks now they’ve been out of stock so they finally had it in stock and I went

Ahead and stocked up on these babies and got four of them got some heavy whipping cream for a couple recipes this week some whole kernel corn and Southwest corn for the corn salad on Taco Tuesday some Daisy sour cream Chick-fil-A sauce for the little guy some sugar-free

Ketchup cuz we’ve been out of that for a couple days now and then a few of the Light and Fit caramel apple Greek yogurts 80 calories 12 gram protein and you guys know this is my number one favorite flavor and then some carb counter street tacos and that’s

Everything for Wally World and Sam’s Club we’re clocking in about 60 bucks at Aldi and stocked up on some of my absolute favorite thing that I’m obsessed with right now as is everybody else in the house these wholesome crunchy Cookie Thins chocolate chip this bentons is the brand they’re 130

Calories for six cookies 1 G protein but they are absolutely delicious texture-wise flavor everything and you guys know Aldi sometimes they have stuff sometimes they don’t so I went in there and stocked up and got six of those babies picked up some hummus roasted pine nut is my favorite roasted red

Pepper is the hubby and daughter’s favorite and we have been loving these with some of those corn tortilla chips absolutely delicious this one I think is 60 calories of serving and the roasted red pepper is 50 calories of serving and they are absolutely delicious got some

More parmesan cheese cuz we just ran out another one of these pork carnitas cuz this is what we’re having for taco Tuesday and we have one but I don’t think that’s going to be enough for our cruise so I went ahead and grabbed a second picked up a few more of the sweet

And spicy chunk light Tunas this was all they had left so went ahead and grabbed that cuz I’ll be having that a lot this week picked up some Mandarin oranges for the little guy a bag of red onions and then the these I haven’t seen in there before creative snacks company drizzled

Granola bites this is lemon blueberry and these are honey pecan gluten-free soft baked I thought my daughter would absolutely love these but they sound delicious I’m sure we’re all going to love them 150 calories of serving this one is 2 G protein and the honey pecan

Is 3 G protein but they look and sound absolutely delicious and then we picked up some bananas so that’s everything from Aldi not a huge haul but just the goodies that we need now let’s jump into the couple things that we picked up from Target all right so we’ve got all kind

Of goodies laid out here we have our few things that we picked up from Target good culture cottage cheese repeat purchase every week we love the good culture cottage cheese and Target is the only place that sells it so we scored two of them this week and then we got

Some of the fat-free Fair life milk and that’s all the goodies from Target super pump for this little gym here my girl Nicole said this is fire so I it was out of stock for a minute and then I kept checking and they actually restocked it

At Sam’s but they had to ship it to me so it just was delivered this is the honey hot Barbe barue and bourbon Peach barbecue Kinder seasonings and look at the macros on these 25 calories of serving 30 calories of serving yes please I can’t wait to play around with

These and then also the other two items that I had shipped were toilet paper and paper towels and then I got some more supplements I just stocked up on all of our own personal supplements but I’m going to be doing a huge challenge in giveaway in my app here in the very near

Future and I’m going to have a ton of my favorite goodies in there so some of these are going towards that we stocked up on all the goods we’ve got Reds we’ve got greens we have greens these are the single serve packs that you can take when you’re traveling just take on the

Go they’re super easy and I also put a lot of these kind of items in my swag boxes for my one-on-one clients and my my group coaching members so I’m always stocking up on those and then we just got a bunch of other goodies so super excited to put that huge basket together

And this not food related but I’m always showing you guys the new goodies that I’m trying this is Branch Basics they are a non-toxic cleaning line and I am slowly trying to replace all my cleaning products with non-toxic stuff I do use the Miss Myers line which I’ve used

Forever and I love but I am trying this Branch Basics and I got a bunch of different stuff I’m going to try all of it out and then I’ll let you guys know how it is but it comes with the concentrate some oxygen boost hand wash all the different Cleaners Laundry

Well now diving into the meal plan for this week Monday we will be going in with Crock-Pot tomato basil chicken first time trying that but it sounds absolutely phenomenal so I’m pumped to try that out and you guys know I love a good Crockpot meal I will be filming
