First off, going from 400 to 182 is a huge accomplishment. Well done!
Do you count calories/macros? Are you using a food scale? Do you have a sense of how many calories you actually burn a day or are you relying on internet calculators?
First of all, holy shit that’s an incredible transformation already! Think about what you have been doing to make so much progress so far. You probably just need keep doing more of what you have been doing, but adjust the numbers.
It could be that your metabolism is below average and you just need to further lower total calories.
If you’re not weight training, you likely don’t need quite that amount of protein, but that’s kind of a lot of calories as a percentage of your overall calories from fat, especially for a whole food plant based diet.
So probably cut 250 cal of the fat from your diet and keep everything else around the same and you will see better results.
