1/2lb brisket, turkey, whole hog pulled pork, 1 link of their paprika sausage, and 1/2lb of Big Red burnt ends, with small sides of pimento Mac and cheese, brussel sprouts, and spicy Korean greens. (~$110 including tip, since I know y’all will ask)
The meats were what you’d expect from a Texas Monthy Top 50 joint, but the sides put it over the top. I should have got a bigger order of the greens.

Burns Bbq is my favorite barbecue joint down there but that looks good
