Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
• 2 x 1 Cup Each Of Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Utensils:
• 1 Mini cup cake Tin Or 1 Large Cupcake Tin
• Paper Cupcake Liners

Method:

1. Line your cupcake tin with the paper cupcake liners and put it aside.
2. Take your peanut butter and heat it for 30 second in the microwave.
3. Take it out of the microwave, add powdered sugar and mix it well to combine. Put it aside while we get the base ready.
4. Take the first cup of chocolate chips and melt it in the microwave at 30 second intervals , stirring it after each interval until the chocolate has melted.
5. Put 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate in the base of each mini cup cake case and put 2 tablespoons if using the large cup cake tin. Tap it 2 -3 times to flatten the base.
6. Take 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter filling and use a second spoon to drop it on top of each chocolate base . Use 2 tablespoons if you are making large ones and put it in the fridge to set for 5 minutes.
7. After 5 minutes, take the second cup of chocolate chips and melt it in the microwave at 30 second intervals , stirring it after each interval until the chocolate has melted.
8. Put 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate on the top of each peanut butter cup and use 2 tablespoons for large ones. Tap it 2 – 3 times on the bench top to spread it slightly and put it in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
9. After 10 minutes, take it out of the fridge and it is ready to serve.
10. Chocolate peanut butter cups are ready and you can serve them to family and friends. Left over peanut butter cups can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge.
