Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Ingredients
1 small head of cauliflower (wash and cut into bite-sized florets)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup hot sauce
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small pan, mix hot sauce, butter, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and paprika. Turn flame to medium and heat until butter melt. Divide sauce into half. In a large bowl, add the cauliflower florets, pour 1/2 cup buffalo sauce over cauliflower and toss to coat.

Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through baking time.

Remove from oven when done and transfer to serving platter, drizzle the remaining half of buffalo sauce over cauliflower. Enjoy!
