I started getting a CSA share years ago from a farm that had a work-share program (because I had more time than money). I didn’t really know how to eat vegetables, and I thought someone else doing the choosing would really help me learn. It did! I lost a ton of weight, and decided I love vegetables so much I want to grow them for a living. I now farm, growing vegetables and mushrooms!
