• sesame seeds 1/3 cup ( 90ml)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
• ½ tsp salt (optional)
Hummus:
• Boiled chickpeas, 1 cup (300 gm)
• Tahini, 4 tbsp
• Garlic, 6 cloves ( or to taste)
• Extra virgin olive oil, 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
•chilled cheakpea water 1/4 cup(60ml)
• Salt, 1/2 tsp (optional)
Garnish (optional):
• green herbs
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Chili flakes
