Can you believe this entire plate is 53g of protein!!! I was shocked myself when I logged it all! I stuffed mine with some fruit and Greek yogurt, but you can even enjoy these on their own!!

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup egg whites
1 packed cup spinach
1/3+ 1/8 vanilla protein powder
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup milk or protein shake for thicker pancakes, an additional 1/4 cup for thin/crepes

DIRECTIONS

•Blend everything until smooth before heating a pan on low heat with some ghee or coconut oil.
•Pour in batter and roll pan to get a thin, even layer.
•Carefully flip when it starts to bubble and is browned adding more ghee if needed.
•Let cook another 1-2 minutes before repeating
•Add filling of your choice or enjoy alone!

  1. Watch out with the protein. Having a high protein diet can increase your chance of cancer. Make sure you balance your protein, carbs, fats, etc. according to the recommended daily intake suggested by health professionals/doctors. Protein isn't the magical super nutrient that the US has made it seem. What matters is the amount compared to your other nutrients.
