🥣 Ingredients:
170g | 6 oz | 1 medium potato
1/2 onion
1/2 yellow bell pepper
130g | 4.5 oz cherry tomatoes
75g | 3 oz | 1/3 cup frozen peas
2 garlic cloves

🥣 Chickpea mixture ingredients:
100g | 1 cup chickpea flour
1/2tsp ground turmeric
1tsp baking powder
black pepper & salt to taste
230ml | 8fl oz | 1 cup water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1tsp soy sauce
chives or your favourite herbs.

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can substitute chives for any of your favourite herbs.

🥣 Method:
Peel and cut into cubes 170g | 6 oz | 1 medium potato
Add a little oil to a skillet.
ℹ️ For oil-free recipe use water or vegetable stock instead of oil.
Add potato cubes.
Slice 1/2 red onion and 1/2 yellow bell pepper.
Cut in half 130g | 4.5 oz cherry tomatoes
Add 75g | 1/3 cup frozen peas.
Chop 2 garlic cloves.
Add tomatoes, peas and garlic to the pan.
Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Strir occasionally.
In a mixing bowl combine 100g | 1 cup chickpea flour, 1/2tsp ground turmeric, 1tsp baking powder, black pepper to taste and a pinch of salt.
Add 230ml | 8fl oz | 1 cup water.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon and add to the mixture.
Add 1tsp soy sauce.
Mix well and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
Chop chives.
ℹ️ You can substitute chives for any of your favourite herbs.
Pour chickpea mixture over the vegetables, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro and enjoy this delicious chickpeas dish! 😋

This is a very easy recipe everyone can make at home. Just follow my step by step instructions. 75g | 1/3 cup peas Finely chop 2 garlic cloves. Vegans enjoy this recipe a lot and for non vegans it will be a surprise how good these lentil meatballs are! 😋 👍

    I'm desperate to be healthy, but I think vegan is the answer. Both of my parents had dementia, so I quit my job and took care of them. Last year, they both passed away after 3 months. It was stressful. My parents passed away, and my body and heart aches a lot. I have a brain aneurysm on my head and two brain aneurysms. I even had hypothyroidism, so I suddenly gained 15kg. Anxiety disorder Panic disorder I'm still suffering from insomnia. It's been a year since my parents passed away, but I'm still in treatment, but it hasn't been long since I started again. I started YouTube, took a walk, and went on a trip because I had the courage to share and communicate. Now I want to be healthy. I hope everyone watching this video is healthy. Please take care of your health first.
