PART 1- Good morning darlings. I have a brand new recipe short for you today, which is my toasted chickpea and feta salad. This is a wonderfully colourful salad including marinated red onion, heritage tomatoes, feta, black olives, a lemon vinaigrette, topped with a sprinkling of nigella seeds. Enjoy!

So the next thing I’m going to do is a chickpea and fet salad I’m going to do a lemon vinegarette very straight for olive oil vinegar little bit of mustard very straightforward I buy the chickpeas already done in a jar but what I do is I

Toast them I I bake them in the oven toast them so they’re bit crispy so this feta cheese so it’s marinated in Pepper Thyme and olive oil and garlic and it’s delicious black pitted olives red onions which I’ve sliced and already had them marinated in a little bit of white wine

Vinegar olive oil and some salt these Heritage Tomatoes I love I haven’t Cho them up yet I just wanted to show them to you they’re so beautiful colors um I get these also from the farm shop cucumber uh red and yellow pepper and mint and then I’ll sprinkle some

Nigella seed over the top it give like quite an ny flavor and apparently very good f
