I’m making Nick Digiovanni’s cheesy lobster mac and cheese! How did I do @NickDiGiovanni ?

✨Recipe:
1 live lobster
16 oz of elbow macaroni pasta
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cheddar cheese powder
1 ¼ cup cup gruyere cheese (grated)
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
⅓ cup velveeta cheese

Directions:
1. Dispatch of live lobster by driving a knife through its head vertically. In a large pot, poach the lobster in boiling water for 7 minutes. Then remove meat and chop into chunks.
2. In the same pot, cook pasta until al dente.
3. In a pan, add butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, cheddar cheese powder, and whisk on medium high heat for 6 minutes. Then add in ¾ cup of your gruyere, ½ cup cheddar, velveeta, and stir.
4. Mix in the pasta and add in your chunks of lobster meat. Top with remaining gruyere and cheddar and broil in the oven until cheese is golden brown.

Making celebrity mac and cheese until I find one that’s snacks I’m finally trying Nick de giovan’s mac and cheese but will it be good enough to rank number one Nick’s got an advantage over the rest a lobster but I thought this was interesting he uses cheese powder

Isn’t this the stuff you put on popcorn the cheeses he does use are super rich but once I added in the noodles and lobster I was getting a bit worried hoping not too dry especially cuz we’re going to have to bake and this is looking pretty good but what about taste

That Lobster did not die for nothing this is delicious
