I am sharing the recipe of an amazing, incredibly delicious, saffron rice pudding.
My recipe is Persian version. You can use it as dessert. It’s so tasty .

ingredients:

300 gr Rice
12 -13 cups of water
600 gr Sugar
30 gr Almond slice
1/4 cup Rose water
1 tsp Salt
50 gr Butter
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
Liquid saffron

Some ingredients, such as almonds and saffron, are added carefully for the high volume, which is tasteful.
please note: You are allowed to add water to the rice before adding sugar, after adding sugar, if you add water, the pudding will release water after cooking.
