Recipe:
3 1/2 lb corned beef brisket
Marble rye bread
Sauerkraut
Russian dressing
Swiss cheese

Method:
1) Remove the corned beef from the package and place in a baking dish. Do not add any seasoning to it. Discard the seasoning packet that comes with it. You do not need it. The meat has been packaged in a seasoned brine.
2) Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours (time will vary depending on the weight of your meat)
3) Prepare your sandwich by adding butter to the outer side of the bread, then adding Russian dressing to the inside of the bread. Follow by adding swiss cheese, sauerkraut, meat slices, more sauerkraut, more swiss cheese, then the other slice of bread on top
4) Grill your sandwich using a panini press, or preffered method. Enjoy.

  1. Can we at least let the meat look at some flavor? Maybe read about it from a book? Or at least explain to it what seasoning is and hope it understands how to flavor itself?
