This roasted broccoli recipe is the best way to cook broccoli. The broccoli is packed with delicious flavor and it’s roasted to perfection.
INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/2 lbs of broccoli florets
3 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and black pepper to your taste ( i used 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper)
Roast at 450 F for 12 to 15 mins.

Hello friends welcome to cooking with claudia today i’m showing you the best way i like to roast broccoli it’s so flavorful very delicious and simple to make let’s get started i have some broccoli florets in a large bowl make sure your broccoli is cut into bite-size pieces i’m going to drizzle
Some olive oil all over the broccoli i’m also going to add some melted butter the combination of olive oil and butter will add a nice flavor i’m going to toss everything together very well that way the olive oil and butter can evenly cut every single piece of broccoli next
We’re going to season with some spices we’re using garlic powder onion powder dried oregano dried basil paprika salt and black pepper mix all the spices together very well then you’re going to add only half of the spices mix that in very well as soon as it’s very well
Mixed in add the rest of the spices then mix it in again when you add the spices in this way they mix better with the broccoli next you’re going to grab a large baking sheet grease it very well with non-stick spray then transfer the broccoli into it
Arrange the broccoli in a single layer make sure they’re not sitting on top of each other you’re going to preheat your oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit place the broccoli into the oven to roast for 12 to 15 minutes or until they are as soft as you want them the roasting time
Really depends on how big or small the florets are halfway through the roasting time you’re going to stir through the broccoli then put it back into the oven to finish roasting and here is the broccoli when it’s ready it smells really good during the last
Two minutes of roasting i put my oven at the brow setting to get the outside a little crispy but that’s completely optional the broccoli came out very flavorful and really delicious i’m going to leave all ingredients and measurements in the description box for you guys thank you for watching i’ll see

I will try your recipe my oven is stuck on 350 can I still make this and leave it in longer ? My dr recommended that I start eating greens I am 64 and haven't eaten greens since I was a child, as a child I absolutely abhorred any type of greens !

I just made this. It's wonderful. I'm not a vegetable person and prefer to eat meat and dairy…yeah, I know. I baked it for 15 minutes, as Texans prefer their vegetable well done. It was divine and couldn't stop devouring it when it came out of the oven.
Do u boil the broccoli first so it gets soft or does it soften in the oven
