Chicken parts you know most people use the thigh or the breast and they take and chop it up but I’ll be using the wings because when I learned how to cook chicken with noodles or chicken with rice I we always use the wing and the reason we use the wing because the wing

Broccoli to flavor the uh the chicken with and I’ll be using some wild rice and I’m going to try this I never heard of this I got wild rice I’m going to mix maybe some of this brown rice Jack and the bean stock I never heard of it but I

Had it in my cabinet so I’m going to use it I also be using pepper salt a little flour to thicken up with oil a thyme fresh thyme I have fresh garlic I also have some uh celery I have a carrots I have um onion chopped onions and I have

Here’s some butter and here’s some half heavy whipping cream I’ll be using a little This and like I told you now the most important what I’ll be using most people use thighs and they also use a breast but I’ll be using these little chicken parts and stuff in there so it

Can I want the season I like I want the season I’m not I probably won’t use all of these these so many of them but I will be doing them and as I introduce the the ingredients of the step I will name the ingredients again okay y’all the first step I’ll be

Doing is seasoning my chicken my chicken parts like I said it’s the wings they’re not that big and they’re going to cook and I what I put in my on my chicken you don’t need nothing but to me salt salt and pepper you could put some garlic but

I have fresh garlic so I won’t be using that you don’t want to overpower with onion powders or garlic powders all that other stuff you just want because the vegetable and the other stuff that you’re using will season your chicken very well so what I’m going to start

With I’m going to put a little salt in here some salt I don’t care how much yes I’m put it in here salt and pepper like I say and once and I put some pepper in here and I’m going to stir this up you can use all the pepper you want but I

Wouldn’t suggest that you use a lot of salt so I’m going stir this up good and I’mma put my chicken in here season my chicken good put it in here put a little bit more salt in here just a little bit more but like I said

Be kind of gentle with the salt so I’m going start I’mma P put this chicken in here in this pan I’mma Pour That season and on there mix it together and let it rest for a while I always let my season rest I think you should too

Because most time when it rest you can um it’ll taste the season go into it now this is salt and pepper now I’m going to put this on the chicken on my little and I’m going Stir It Up really good and that’s all I’ll be

Using on here and let this rest in the refrigerator now if you like garlic and other seasoning put it be sure put it on here though it’s just me I just don’t want to I want it I don’t I don’t want to taste nothing but like chicken and

And rice and other the vegetables I’ll put this on here I’m going to season this good and put this on here and Stir It Up and let it rest in the refrigerator and get back once it rest for about 30 minutes I’m going to take in a sometimes it’s best to let your

Oil in in there I got some oil in there you can use vegetable oil you can use olive oil avocado oil any kind that you like I’m using I like V little better myself and I’m going put a little butter butter go good with a vegetable oil I’m

Going put a little butter in there let that melt sciss and I can put my get ready to put my chicken and now Theiss C it down some and what I’m going to do I’m going to put these I want them to Brown a little bit they going to stay in here

Longer than what you would put you know chicken parts in there because they thick thicker but even The Taste is excellent and you’ll love the taste better than the chicken parts you know the breast in it um the th like I said I’m going be let these cook a little bit

Might not use all of this but it came in a pack so I’m going go cook that smells so good with that butter when you’re cooking your chicken like this just Browning a little bit use some butter and oil that’s good I’m going let this brown

Have it St kind of low cuz you don’t want uh you don’t want you you don’t want cook too fast you want the the steam to go all the way through it so I’m going put all of these in here I’m going let them Brown like got said try

To try to L the parts I wouldn’t use a drumstick a whole drumstick or I wouldn’t use a th but I would definitely use the wings cuz they taste so good with chicken that’s what we used to use we never use the this breast I’m going let these cook probably

Won’t cook all of them but I a lot of them so I’m going to let these cook and I’m going to get back with you all okay my chicken begin to Brown like I say I won’t probably won’t use all of them but anyway once I cook them and let

Them Brown on both sides I’m going put them in this pot here and now that’s why I’ll be making my ra wild rice set but I’m I’m turning these more than one time cuz um you know let them Branch I’m turning them so they can cook since I’m

Using a little bitart they’re not that big but you know like I said give it an excellent taste you’ll see try it okay once I get through Fring all of these and turn them twice I turn them so they can the steam can come through and I’m

Going to get back with you all with the vegetables and stuff I’ll be adding okay you all I kind of covered my chicken since I I’m using little parts and stuff but um they Brown good enough I turned them on each side now I’m getting ready to transfer them in the in

This pot over here that I’ll be cooking my stuff in and like I told y’all so the reason I’m doing this cuz I wanted them to um you know cook a little bit better since they’re not parts and like I said I probably won’t use all of this chicken

Or put it up made it for something else I don’t know but ium and what I’m getting ready to do now after I take this out of here I’mma put my vegetables in here I have carrots a celery onions and garlic fresh garlic and I pour some of this juice uh

This butter and oil here I’m going get back with they don’t cook good and I like I said I turn them make sure they they T they going to cook again when you put the rice in they’ll cook again for another 30 minutes so they not going to be tough

Okay now here’s the grease and the butter from the chicken that I cooked I will be pouring some of this um I’m going straight this part for the you know the seasoning at the bottom but I’ll be throwing some of this grease out I’m G start with my onions I’m GNA put

Probably about a cup of onions maybe a cup and a half since I got a lot of chicken I’ll be using a lot of vegetabl I’m going put my onions in here and let them cook I could have put them in there with the um the uh chicken but I just don’t

Using the same grease so it don’t matter here’s some garlic fresh garlic I’m going let these sauté and stuff and I’mma put these in my I’m going put all these garlic cuz I love garlic and here’s some carrots four vegetables I’m using you can use broccoli if you want

To that’s up to you if you want to use some broccoli or some sweet teas too that’s same as NX veget little more of these carrots in here I’m going put these celery and I’m going to let these do I might put a little bit more of that oil in there

That I got that I use for the chicken let these do their thing and after I get through doing this after these get through softening up some what I’ll do what I’m going to do is I’m going take his from the uh from the uh chicken put some of this in here

And uh when I get through I’m going put some flour and thicken this up and I’m going to show you that process I’m going let these cook for about 5 minutes keep turning them till they get a little tender just let them cook some and I’m going get back with you

All okay you all my vegetable has sauted and I got plenty of them like I say when I get through cooking these The Next Step you do once it gets tender you can let cuz the vegetable the soup going to cook the soup of the rice it’s going to

Cook another by 40 minutes that’s why you know maybe another 45 minutes so what I’m going to do now you adding flour it’s all purpose flour I mentioned that in my ingredients you’re using this to this is to the reason you you want to get that flowy taste off when you

Putting them in normally you could put them in with your chicken but since I’m using big parts of chicken all of this the vegetables and the flour would to cook with the chicken but I’m doing it like this because I have a lot of chicken you know and I don’t want to get

Rid I want to eat it I want to cook it so put a little flour long you coat the Des and get that flour taste off your flour this is allp purpose plain flour not saring some let these cook I had cut the stove off and once these cook I’mma to pour

All of this in the uh the flour will get coated on it I’mma to pour all of this in the U in the Potter of uh with my chicken I’m going scrape this pan I don’t have much stuff cuz my pan stick like that so a lot of people have a lot

But I don’t have a lot of stuff in the bottom see it’s just it don’t stick and I like this pan is this Skillet is really good it never stick okay so I’m going to get ready I’m finished with this I’mma P I’mma put all this right here in the chicken see this

Chicken that I had I cut the stove off put all of this right here and the next step I’m getting ready to put my liquids in here my broth and my uh cream I’m going put the broth in Fr and let this cook I’m going to get back with you all

Okay The Next Step I’m going to do is put my broth in here and I’m going to let this cook for while about 30 minutes until the chicken get almost done I’m going pour this I’m going use probably maybe all of this I have another one in case since I have so much

Chicken I change pots cuz I didn’t want it to overflow and I want to make sure I cook all of this put this in there let it cook how it’s looking let this cook in here get thick pour all broth in there make sure you have enough broth if

You’re not you can use water too since it’s season but I prefer using it for my chicken I use this whole thing uh in broth it was uh I used the whole little box that’s the only one I have seen broth one so I’m going to let these

Go cook and I get back with you let it cook and see I it’s come turning white light that’s from the flour but I’ll be adding some cream in here to make it I’m going let this cook and while it’s cooking I’m going to put a a time I got

A piece of time I’m put in here sometime fres this is fresh time I’m going put in here fresh time put a little bit more salt in here I taste it kind of the chicken I’m put a little salt in here and I’m going to let this do its thing

Let it cook for about 40 minutes until the chicken get tender and after that uh I’mma uh after that I’m going to put it in the put the that came out a little too fast it’s not make it thank you okay so I’m going to get this ready and I’m

Going to get back with you once this cook I’m looking good already okay this been cooking about 45 minutes and let my Chen look how good this looking I haven’t even added the rice I mean and it tastes so good don’t add no more salt

In it with the uh I don’t have I don’t have to I’m taking these this time out this time I had put in I’m taking that out oh my God this looks so good I’m getting ready what I’m getting ready to do now is add my rice then after my rice

Cooked for a little while I got some fresh broccoli I decided I’m going put some broccoli and I cut them up in a little bit that’ll make it look so pretty and taste good too some going let that look how good that look y’all honey

If you want your and this tastes so good with those chicken parts I’m telling you want some good chicken with uh with rice or vegetable use the chicken that use the uh the wings okay I’m getting ready to add my rice now make sure when you

Adding your rice and stuff the water is boiling and you have uh this is wild rice I was going to put some brown rice that I changed my mind I just going to do this right here don’t have so much rice this was a little package of rice

And this once it cook once it uh cook a little bit I’mma take and add my uh milk my cream you can use cream or milk but no this look good I probably oh this taste and it taste so good I’m going let this rice cook in it and oh my goodness

I taste some I probably eat almost a half of the pot of this one no lie try it my way and you will enjoy it okay get back with you when the rice cook okay my um soup rice chicken whatever is almost ready I’mma put my broccoli in here and

I got one more St I’m going put some broccoli in here and let this steam up my rice is cooking almost done and after that I’m put after this broccoli get a little hot I’m going put some cream in here and call it a day let this broccoli get a little hot give

It color broccoli give it color you don’t let broccoli cook too long I’m put some cream in here have the broccoli cook by 2 minutes and I’ll be calling the day okay put add a little cream in here get it color that white color just a little bit stir this

Up it’s about all I’mma to put in there that’s enough just a little bit Stir It Up good M call it to day this looks so good and it tastes good y’all I don’t want it too wet and I don’t want it too thick if you

If it get a little too thick you can add some um water in it and if it’s too uh thin you can add flour make your paste with flour and water make sure you smooth the flour out good and call it and put it in here to get as thick as

You want you can do that or add water to make it uh look uh thinner but I’m going to let my stay just like this in a few minutes I’m going to give this broccoli about another minute and I’m going to get ready to serve it here’s the Finishing Touch of my
