Hi everybody and welcome back to my channel I hope You’ all had a really fantastic Christmas and if you’ve got any leftovers then this recipe is going to be absolutely perfect for you I don’t think any of us really make a Christmas dinner and eat every single thing and

This recipe is really nice and versatile it’s great because it’s using the air fryer and I’m sure some of you out there that haven’t got an air fryer have probably now got one for Christmas great bit of Kit I absolutely love my ninja so that’s why I thought this recipe was

Ideal for this point in the festive sort of season that we’re in so you can make these exactly as I have and these are turkey crocketts and they taste absolutely amazing so you can use your leftover turkey or maybe you’ve got something else maybe you’ve got a p

Piece of ham or something that you’ve cooked definitely can put ham in it or if you want to mix it up put turkey and ham if you got some leftover bacon or some pigs in blankets it’s really really easy to use up all that tasty food that

We have got we don’t want to waste anything so this is perfect I hope you really enjoy this one I’m wishing you all a really happy New Year and let’s go and make these gorgeous little crocketts this really is a great way of using up some of your leftovers so I’ve

Got my turkey here so I’ve chopped that up so I’ve just got some small pieces it’s lovely and tender and then I’ve got a little bit of spring onion you can use a chalot or some regular onion again just use up what you have I’ve got rosemary I’ve got a little bit of

Chopped Sage herez I had that left over from Christmas as well with the potatoes you could of course use up something you’ve already made but I had some potatoes left over so have literally just boil those to make mash so in my Mash I’m going to add a little bit of

Butter and then you can add cream or milk I’ve Got Cream left over from Christmas so why not use up everything we have salt and pepper need to season this I hope everybody’s had a really lovely Christmas and we’re now getting ready for the new year any New Year’s

Resolutions let me know hopefully it’s to make some more of my recipes that’s so cringy isn’t it but you never know you might do nice thing about these is you can put them in the oven if you want to but so many of us have got air fryers now maybe

You’ even had an air fryer for Christmas so to put these in the air fryer makes it really speedy all right now we can start assembling what you want to do is add some cheese in so I’m letting the mash potato just cool down now I think what I’m going to

Do while that’s cooling let’s get a separate bowl with your cheese you can use whatever you want if you’ve got parmesan left over swiss cheese I’ve got some mozzarella here I’ve also got some stinky bre left over so let’s put some Bree in as well so anything that’s going

To melt is going to be good in this tricky thing with the Bree is that it is sticky so it’s not quite as easy to put in as other cheese is but like I say let’s use that what we’ve got I think it’s probably just easier to break

Little bits off of my hands yeah it is these are going to be lovely got a nice melty oozing Center let’s get the turkey into the bowl as well then we’ve got our chopped up fresh Sage give that a little sprinkle and then we’ve got some dried

Rosemary you can use fresh if you’ve got it don’t have that maybe some mixed dried herbs whatever you’ve got in the cupboard or whatever flavors you really fancy we’ve got the spring onions scrape those out my potato has cooled down now so we can add that in just going to mix

Combine everything together really well want to make sure that every little bite of a Crocket everyone get a little taste of everything we’ve added in the quantities I’m putting in don’t need to be exact you can really add to this however you wish to but it just gives you a good idea doesn’t

It I can tell you it smells lovely as well going to crack an egg into this bowl cuz we’re going to coat it in the egg mixture then into the bread crumbs and that’s going to form our little little Crocket I’ve just got some shop bought breadcrumbs here you can whiz up some

Stale bread that you might have hanging around again it’s good to use that up if that’s what you’ve got maybe you got some crusty French stick it doesn’t really matter as long as you can just whiz it up and get some breadcrumbs out of it

It’s going to be all good now you can make these into balls into Pates um whatever you like so I’m just going to get that amount of an ice cream scoop and then I think I’m going to make them into slightly longer to me this is a Crocket shape so

That’s kind of how I want them so stubby on the ends and round in the middle sort of roll it backwards and forwards in your hand these don’t have to be perfect do they these are just for us to eat so let’s just get that in the egg this is

The messy bit isn’t it drain that in the breadcrumbs give it a roll over like that make sure you get the ends coated as well go back and there you go homade little turkey crocketts so pleased with these look at those they’re not perfect shape but it really doesn’t matter these would

Actually be really great if you’ve got people coming over for New Year’s if you actually made them into small little balls and they’d be more like a canopy so you could probably get sort of three balls out of each one of these crocketts I’m actually serving these more as a a

Dinner as a meal um because really they are a meal in themselves aren’t they really um put some sour cream on the side or whatever you’ve got and they’re going to be absolutely delicious so let’s get some of these in the air fryer and let’s see how they come out add a

Little bit of spray oil to these and then I’m going to put these onto air fry for 10 minutes and I’m going to turn them halfway here they are look at those beautifully crispy on the outside and you can see here that they are oozing on

The inside so let’s cut one open have a little look yes look at those that cheese is all melted it’s stringy they’re gooey and they’re really soft and beautiful a great way to use up some leftover turkey they were just too good oh my goodness that breadcrumb came out

Really crispy lovely and fluffy in the middle loads of flavor still F nice and festive and used up things that we had hanging around real winner I’ll be making these again in fact not necessarily with turkey but as I said they’re so versatile you know something something I can whip together really
