    Honestly a little disappointed.

I would think more precision and pops of color.

The last two courses look great though

  2. IMHO, 4,6,7, and 8 are first class. The other four? Meh.

  3. wow, the lighting really did these a disservice because they all look like…not that great

I’m not a plating expert, but I had #6 for my birthday in June and I’ll probably always remember that dish. You could tell me tomorrow that it came out of a can from WW2 and I was just fooled by the atmosphere and I wouldn’t care.

When will we get to the point where the wide-rimmed bowl will just be the table with a divot in the middle

Tag yourself I’m random piece of garnish in the bottom left on slide 2

I really dislike the plates themselves but the dishes look tasty

    They look great.

    Stop putting parsley on everything.

“Hey, wanna stop at McDonald’s on the way home?”

    “OMG yes I’m fucking starving!”

Honestly looks mid. I’ve been and it looked nicer when I went.

Why are they all flooded? The plating looks very simplistic and not elegant at all. Don’t get me started with the pastry. Lazy!

They need to come up with more unique ways to present the sauce. Perhaps a foam or a swish or something other than just drowning the plate.

6 and 8 are the only ones deserving of praise and calibre

Either the phone or the lighting sucks, ‘cause I’m not sure I can really talk shit about a 3 star restaurant.

  15. HopeULikeFlavor

What is this? A restaurant for ants?
