Add the garlics to the bowl Add the juice of half a lemon 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. paprika Salt and black peppers to taste 1 tbsp. tomato paste 3 tbsp. olive oil Mix the marinade sauce until well combined Add 250g of raw shrimps, cleaned

Mix well until eveything is well combined leave in the marinade for 5 min Cook it in a pan or tagine for 5 min You don’t need to put any additional oil The oil in the marinade is sifficient Stirring for 5 minutes until the prawns are pink on both sides

I wish you can smell it Add 2 tbsp. parsley and cilantro on top Serve immediately seasoned and with lemon This dish is great served with fresh bread and a dressed salad You can even serve it with your favourite pasta
