Suspects well kind of we did Publix this week we don’t normally do Publix or try not to anyways because their prices are absolutely astronomical there they have really good meets they have really awesome lunch meets and they are one of the only places in in my area that sell

My favorite Cherry 7 Up zero sugar sodas so there are some reasons that we need to run in there from time to time and this week specifically we needed some lunch meat for one of our dinners from the deli so we ended up hitting up Publix and we did Sam’s drive up and

Then we did Walmart drive up didn’t need a ton of stuff from all of them because I am really trying to just get the bare necessities of what we need and not spend a gazillion dollars at the grocery stores and really shop the pantry and freezer and fridge you guys know that’s

My jam trying to keep it simple trying to keep the meals simple and basic and just use what we have on hand and try to go through that stuff I do have all those just meats that I got in last week’s grocery haul if you guys missed

That go check it out the ones that we’ve tried so far have been absolutely delicious we’re actually going to use some of them for meal prep through the week as well just bolt cook some like rice and potatoes and then have those ready to rock and roll for meal prep

Absolutely out of this world insane sometimes you can find some really good prices at Walmart Publix is just absolutely out of their mind but when they have the buy two get two free we go ahead and stock up because like I said not everywhere around here carries my

Favorite kind but enough gabin if you want to see what we picked up to keep us Trucking Along on our health Journey feed the crew keep us thriving all the things just keep watching 111 bucks at Sam’s this week pretty much all repeat purchases this week you guys no I never

Steer too far from the norm right we got a couple of our favorite blueberries and they look absolutely delicious they’ve been like on fire the last couple weeks look at those babies picked up two of those these absolutely a fan of these we love them a lot of you guys said that

You love them too and you guys said that Walmart carries them and that they have a salted caramel I definitely want to try that because that sounds delicious putting them in the freezer is the way to go though absolutely love them like that they’re delicious and 60 calories a

Piece 4 G protein mini Greek yogurt bars can’t beat them if you haven’t tried them definitely recommend got a couple dozen of the cagefree eggs we haven’t been hauling a lot of eggs we haven’t been eating as many eggs as normal cuz we’ve been going in with those egg bites

Like crazy but I didn’t get those those this week I am meal prepping something else for breakfast but we are having Briner this week so went ahead and scored some eggs of course you guys know the drill we got two bags of the mvy apples two bags of these huge Smart Food

Popcorn also ordered the big box of the little individual bags that little guy can take in his school lunches but they never have them in stock they always have to ship them so they are on the way also got little guys some more of his craft mac and cheese we got some

Flushable wipes we got the twin pack of the Thomas plain Bagels some green grapes and that is a wrap for Sam’s now let’s jump into Walmart clocking in at 60 bucks for Walmart as you can see we didn’t need a ton of stuff from there but we got the kids some strawberry

Smuckers natural jelly we got some sauerkraut for a yummy dinner that we haven’t had in a hot minute we got some Black Forest ham and some oven roasted turkey breast and then we got every kind of carrot known to man right we got some carrot chips we got some premium sweet

Petites and then we got some of the individual snack bags of the baby cut petite carrots little guy has been wanting to take some carrots in his school lunches so I picked up a few different ones so that he can try and whichever one that he likes the best

That’s what he can take with him to lunch and we will eat the rest so we got all the carrots any way that I can get him to eat some vegetables I’m down for it cuz he’s awesome on protein but he is not the biggest vegetable eater so

Anywhere we can get it in is a win for me and then we got all the cream cheeses as well got the plain Philadelphia cream cheese for the little guy got myself some of this garden vegetable Great Value cream cheese and then some honey butter Philadelphia cream cheese for my

Daughter which I love also but I love a good garden vegetable cream cheese I don’t even have Bagels on my meal plan this week but went ahead it sounded delicious as I was ordering it and we picked it up got some classic Greek feta a block of feta for a dinner this week

Some strawberry apples sauces for the little guy some extra CAF Kake cups some massive bananas I don’t know if you could tell like my hand size how massive these bananas are but we’ve been flying through some bananas so I’m sure I’ll have to get more before the end of the

Week some Lunchables for a little guy and then some Joseph lavish flatbreads which we haven’t had in a hot minute these are the ones there are 60 calories and 6 G protein for half of a flatbread I don’t know why they do it like that but for the whole thing it’s 120

Calories and 12 G protein we’ll be using these for taco Tuesday they didn’t have the other ones that are like 100 calories for the whole thing but it’s not much different they’re delicious and they will work for what we need so that’s the goodies from Walmart all

Right we’ve got a quick little Public’s haul and then we’ve got one thing from Target we had to pick up some of our favorite sourdough bread for our reubin this week and then the Smart Food popcorn that I told you guys they were shipping arrived today so we got our

Popcorn and then for our Public’s goodies we got some Nature’s Own honey wheat bread got some of the vanilla Cleo Greek yogurt bars a lot of you guys said the vanilla and The Salted Caramel are really awesome I couldn’t find those and the macros are a little bit different on

These there’s four in a pack and they’re pretty expensive at Publix too which Publix a lot of things are really expensive expensive but these are 9 g of protein and 140 calories a bar the other ones are only 60 calories a bar so I don’t know we’re going to give those a

Try we picked up two of them then we got a pound of BS head thinly sliced corn beef for our reubin some Walden Farms Thousand Island got some ranch for the little dude and then picked up some of these gems this looked absolutely delicious this is the Pickled I have no

Idea how to say that but it’s got all kinds of goodies in there and it looked absolutely delicious so we went ahead and picked that up and then because a Super Bowl they have a bunch of the zero sugar sodas on sale so the Dr Peppers

Were buy two get one free and the Seven up ones were buy two get two free so I went ahead and stocked up I know I just said like a couple weeks ago that I wasn’t going to stock up on a bunch of the sodas so I wasn’t drinking as many

But it just depends on which day of the week you catch me on right when they have the deals I’m like we better go ahead and stock up cuz I’m going to get them anyway so I might as well save the money cuz these are like a million

Dollars a case now like the price just keeps ticking up on these babies all right Beauties here’s what we’re working with for this week’s meal plan Monday we will be going in with Chef salads which are one of my favorite and that makes dinner super easy Tuesday we’ll be going

  1. Hey Lady! Great Haul! Yes, it’s time for me to shop my freezer and pantry too.
    Try some of those carrots that you grabbed an assorted styles… dipped in the garden vegetable cream cheese You could also use it like you would the Boursin block… Just use a few tablespoons of the Garden, veggie cream, cheese, and steam, a bag of assorted veggies, fresh garlic to taste throw it in with your protein, pasta and marinara sauce. This will make the marinara sauce nice and creamy. Give it that yummy garden vegetable flavor and with the veggies in there with that protein pasta you’ve got yourself a yummy creamy and garlicky pasta, Primavera for a meatless Monday that’s still gonna give you good protein values 😋
