50 gr di parmigiano
Olio evo, sale, pepe e prezzemolo
CUOCERE IN FORNO VENTILATO PRERISCALDATO A 180° COPRENDO LA TEGLIA PER 20 MINUTI.
POI, SCROPRIRE LA TEGLIA E TERMINARE LA COTTURA PER GLI ULTIMI 20 MINUTI.
🇬🇧 INGREDIENTS:
2 large fennel
80 gr of breadcrumbs
50 gr of Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley
BAKE IN A PREHEATED CONVECTION OVEN AT 180° COVERING THE PAN FOR 20 MINUTES.
THEN, UNCOVER THE PAN AND FINISH BAKING FOR THE LAST 20 MINUTES.
🇫🇷 INGRÉDIENTS:
2 gros fenouil
80 gr de chapelure
50 gr de parmesan
Huile d’olive extra vierge, sel, poivre et persil
CUIRE DANS UN FOUR À CONVECTION PRÉCHAUFFÉ À 180° EN COUVRANT LE MOULE PENDANT 20 MINUTES.
ENSUITE, DÉCOUVREZ LE MOULE ET TERMINEZ LA CUISSON PENDANT LES 20 DERNIÈRES MINUTES.
🇪🇸 INGREDIENTES:
2 hinojos grandes
80 gr de pan rallado
50 gr de queso parmesano
Aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal, pimienta y perejil
HORNEE EN UN HORNO DE CONVECCIÓN PRECALENTADO A 180° CUBRIENDO LA SARTÉN DURANTE 20 MINUTOS.
LUEGO, DESTAPE LA SARTÉN Y TERMINE DE HORNEAR DURANTE LOS ÚLTIMOS 20 MINUTOS.

2 شمر كبير
80 غرام من فتات الخبز
50 غرام جبنة بارميزان
زيت الزيتون البكر الممتاز والملح والفلفل والبقدونس
تخبز في فرن حراري محمى على حرارة 180 درجة تغطي المقلاة لمدة 20 دقيقة.
ثم اكشف المقلاة وانتهي من الخبز لمدة 20 دقيقة الماضية.

Breadcrumbs when we prepare the panure… Now we have to cover our baking dish with a sheet of baking paper and on its baking paper we place a sheet of aluminum foil and bring the fennels into a preheated ventilated oven at 180° for 20 minutes….

While the fennels are in the oven, prepare the breading: add salt and pepper, parsley, mix with a spatula and add the parmesan cheese , finally a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil Our breading is ready, let’s put it in the fridge momentarily….

After the initial cooking, the fennel is already soft, so at this point we can cover it with the previously prepared breading . This is a very quick recipe, simple to prepare but very very tasty… we finish with extra virgin olive oil

  2. Ottimo piatto,leggero e' molto,molto gustoso,io per fare prima,li faccio pochi minuti a vapore,amo tanto passarli nella besciamella, poi infornarli con tanto formaggio grana.Grazie Rita ,ottimo video.👍👋
