How to make homemade granola bars.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Chopped Dates
1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Ancient Grains Cereal Blend
2/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2/3 Cup Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, seeds, dates, almonds, salt, and cereal. Set aside. In a small pot over low heat, heat the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla, stirring frequently, only until the peanut butter melts, about 3 minutes.
2. Line an 8 by 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the oat mixture to the baking dish. Press down firmly to form a compact layer. Place pan in freezer 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and slice into 12 bars.
