Next time either use a camera flash, go to a window with outside light coming in, or turn on an equivalent 60w light. This is too dark to see and it looks bad in that color of light.
Also when you have a filling, point it towards the camera and the person eating. I want to see how this was filled before rolling it up, baking, and cutting.
I’d sort shrooms for size, roast the uniform nicest ones, create a duxelle with the rest, fill it for a nice cross section.
In NW Arkansas there was a great mushroom farm to get lots of perfect whole caps on stems, if I still lived there I’d possibly be making a version of this Saturday flor Sunday for fun.
Name sounds good but tiny onions cooked in animal fat means vegans loose out on those sweet tasty pearls.
