Ingredients:
2 eggplants
¼ cup tahini
Juice of half a lemon
2 garlic cloves
1 Tsp cumin
Salt and black Peppers to taste
Olive oil, Cherry tomatoes, Green onion, Parsley, Lebanese bread for garnish

Add the juice of half a lemon 2 Garlics 1/2 tsp of black peppers or to taste 1 tsp of cumin Salt to taste 3 tbsp Tbsp tahini 3 tbsp. olive oil Mix well until smooth and creamy Add more olive oil if desired on top

Add the prepared salad on top 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 half tsp olive oil Bake it for 15min in the oven This creamy and savory eggplant dip with tahini is a must-try
