Kinds of fukas so I got this olive oil and herb fuka and then I also got this one jalapeno and cheddar uh both smell absolutely delightful uh texture is beautiful but I think we’re going to make the fuka sandwich with the olive oil and herb for a little more

Authenticity we got uh roasted Peppers um sundried tomato halves pralon mozzarella prute and a whole pile of Italian Meats so let’s get started the first first thing we do is slice the uh fuka in half then on one side we put these uh roasted red bell peppers and uh they just smell absolutely

Gorgeous okay so join me in a bit and to that we’re going to top with some sundried tomato halves in olive oil with Italian in herbs promises to be good uh oh my goodness this is going to be a feast of a sandwich okay and on this side we’re

Just going to drizzle it with some extra virgin olive oil in this case I’ve got it from C now we got lettuce Morella caola prone Genoa salami that stuff is delicious SAS salami that stuff is really really good and of course got to have the prute pruto and topping it off with some

Generous slices of mozzarella now let’s cap this baby up oh my goodness gracious oh does that look spectacular or what oh look at all these uh um herbs M yum and look at the beauty of that sandwich isn’t that huge all right let’s go ahead and slice it up and eat it now

    O my! 😮 What a focaccia creation.
    So many flavours going on here it would send the tastebuds into overtime deciphering them all.

    Here it's called Sopressa, available in mild and chilli hot.
    The only thing I would change is the sundried tomato for semi dried tomato as they're sweeter and easier to chew.

    If you have a sandwich press that can handle the thickness, this would be great toasted. Otherwise pan fried.

    Thankfully all the ingredients are available for us Aussies and gluten free focaccia too.

    If anyone didn't enjoy this sandwich, then they should…. Pack up and go home.
