Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 pound Brussels sprouts
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* Salt, to taste
* Black pepper powder
* Paprika (or red chili powder)
* Garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, grated)

Instructions:

1. Wash and dry Brussels sprouts, trim ends, and cut in half.
2. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
3. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder (or grated garlic).
4. Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking tray, without overcrowding.
5. Roast for 10 minutes, then flip and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, until tender and crispy.
6. Serve as an appetizer or healthy snack.

Optional variations:

* Add balsamic vinegar and honey for a sweet and tangy glaze.
* Sprinkle with parmesan cheese for a creamy, cheesy topping.

Hello friends welcome to ruchira recipes today’s recipe is roasted brussels sprouts they are chared and crispy outside and tender inside these crispy bites can be served as an appetizer or can be enjoyed as a healthy snacks our first step is to wash the brussel sprouts thoroughly and then dry them

Properly then trim the ends and cut them and half for more even cooking brussel sprouts are small green vegetables that look like miniature cabbage they are rich in nutrients and fiber and also have many health benefits our next step is to season the brussel sprouts meanwhile on a baking tray apply

Approximately 2 tbspoon of oil and place it in the oven preheat for 5 minutes to season the brussel sprouts add them in a bowl and drizzle olive oil then add the seasoning salt to taste black pepper powder also add some paprika or you can use red chili

Powder also add garlic powder if you don’t have garlic powder grate the garlic approximately two garlic cloves are enough toss them until they are evenly coated remove the baking tray from the oven and place the brussel sprouts place them in a single layer they should not be too

Crowded place it in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes keep an eye and remove it after 10 minutes then flip the sides you can see that they are nicely roasted with a golden brown color I am purposely not using the parchment paper or butter paper in order to get the Char
