Greek Salad is easy to make and bursting with flavor. It’s one of the best healthy salad recipes.

INGREDIENTS
1 Lettuce (cut into pieces)
1/2 Red onion (cut into slices)
10 Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
1/2 Bell pepper (cut into cubes)
1/2 Cucumber (cut into pieces)
10-12 Black Olives
50g Feta cheese (cut into cubes)

For dressing
1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried oregano, to taste
1/2 tsp salt, to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper, to taste

Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

On a large bowl put together the lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives.

Drizzle with the dressing and stir gently.

Serve right away and enjoy fresh!
